OMG OMG OMG

Had an epic Xarcabard run last night. At first drops were on the low side and everyone got disappointed when lolBST hands dropped, but we kept going and thankfully everyone was able to pull through that run. Fortunately for us, we managed to kill Dynamis Lord again and low and behold he dropped the Shadow Ring. It was between Korremar and me to get it and guess who won it? ^_^ After DL we picked up some really good pieces, thf hands, rdm hat and blm hat. Alot of people were happy that day.


I was so fanatic last night when I got the ring so I went out and abused the sucker at one of the Colibri camps on blm/rdm nuking myself to test out the proc rate. I gotta say that this is a very powerful piece overall and is something that will motivate me to finish up PLD to 75 and merit it. Like everyone says, it procs every 25% for magic nullification, so if you put it into perspective, its like a double attack proc for jobs using /war with a brutal earring and a pole grip. I got a chance to notice the magic defense bonus from the ring as well during darksday and I can safely say that its hovering around +10 mdb. I'll try and get my trial data on here when I get the time. 3 big time advantages I see using this ring is for Citadel Buster Ultima, Kirin (straight tanking), and ZNMs on the tier III and higher mobs.


Overall I'm playing the waiting game on most of my other items. I'm still waiting for most of the people to get their homam legs out of the way before I jump in cause you know I don't wanna burst their bubble or anything. I am thinking of collecting rdm pieces too, but again, more and more people lining up for that so I'm waiting there too lol. The only thing that I think I should be working on at the moment is simply finishing up Captain's rank and focusing on Nyzule gear. Askar body combined with a few other ZNM pieces will seriously pimp out my warrior to a very respectable level.


Anyways, thats it for now, really excited for other stuff coming up: Sea, ZNMs, and Salvage^^
